Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Location
At the moment, we ship within Malaysia only.

Shipping Fees
We believe shopping should be simple and rewarding! 

Free Standard Shipping for all orders over RM80.
For orders below RM80, a small delivery fee will be applied at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays
While we always aim to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier schedules, weather, or other unexpected circumstances.
If your order takes longer than expected, feel free to reach out — we’re here to help!

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
We also reserve the right to cancel orders if the delivery address is a P.O. Box or outside of Malaysia.
